Five of the seven skills must come from the pool of skills used by the class in past TES games, allowing each character two additional free skills. Each has exactly seven skills, with at least one of them a crafting skill. I followed a number of self-imposed rules and restrictions when making these builds. Most of these builds have been directly inspired by other builds on the Tamriel Vault, and those builds will be cited below as well. I have an extensive mod list that can be viewed here. Albino put together a similar project that served as an inspiration, but I fleshed each class out into a full on character and have been tinkering with these builds over the course of three different consoles (PS3, PS4 and XB1). The goal is to create twenty-one different builds for the twenty-one classes from the Elder Scrolls (TES) series. I have been working on this project for literally three years. but it would allow a spell caster to get back on track. This is the second installment in what will be a twenty-one part series. Make it a quest either to discover the ritual or obtain some of the needed componenets. You sacrifice a certain amount of XP to negate the ECL. (Rational being that the power gained from a +1 ECL race becomes less and less equal to a full level as the character gains more and more levels). Basically it was designed to allow characters who chose powerful races to erase some of the ECL as they got higher and higher up in levels. My suggestion would be to allow him to research a ritual that allows him to make use of an optional rule presented in the Unearthed Arcana book from WOTC.

it is the bread and butter to be able to cast higher level spells as quickly as possible. That is really true of any true spellcaster. Well, wether he did it to himself or not, it would indeed be a bummer. anyone one have any advice now how to work this out? he is bummed about the situation but i told him that he did it to himslef. Now he dose not get them at all or until 21st level depending. The way everything works out is that he would get 9th level spells at 20th level. So one of my player a sorcerer\elemental sevant just got the sign of the smoking eye by thowing his familier into the flam.
